Government math is complicated on purpose and this is especially true when it comes to the complex system for determining our property taxes. Government agents know a confused voter is a disenfranchised voter. It’s time to throw out the government math and bring kitchen table economics to TAD!
MOVE TO EVERY THREE-YEAR APPRAISAL PROCESS
The current annual process is broken. This reform will allow for more accurate valuations while providing stability for property owners—a win for everyone!

Homeownership is the foundation of the American Dream. Limiting appraisal growth on homes is pro-family and strong families make strong communities.
